 About Government Orders & Categories

---------------------------------------------------------

A Government Order (GO) is an official directive issued by the government to implement policies, regulations, or administrative decisions. In Andhra Pradesh, GOs are categorized based on their purpose and issuing department.

  • GO FA (Government Order – Financial Approval): These orders are related to financial sanctions, budget allocations, and fund releases for various government projects and schemes.

There are several other types of GOs, such as GO Rt (Government Order – Routine), which covers routine administrative approvals, and GO No (Government Order – Numbered), which refers to specific numbered directives.
