  • Employees must disclose their assets and financial transactions.
  • Prohibited from speculative investments that could affect their official duties.

5. Communication & Expression

  • Guidelines on public statements, media interactions, and social media usage to prevent misinformation or unauthorized disclosures.
  • Employees must not criticize government policies in public forums.
  • Restrictions on publishing books or articles without prior approval.

6. Conflict of Interest

  • Rules on accepting gifts, engaging in trade, and managing personal financial interests to ensure ethical conduct.
  • Employees must not accept gifts exceeding a specified value.
  • Engaging in private business or trade is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

7. Disciplinary Actions
